After over 2 years of remote work due to the pandemic, Bridge will finally return to its head office in Florianópolis, capital of Santa Catarina, Brazil. However, now we return with a new work policy: we are remote first! 💙💻
Since March 2020, we have had a great journey of adaptation and learning, and when everything seemed to be stable and working well, a new challenge was launched. Now, our goal is to conciliate the current remote mode with face-to-face work. But, with our new remote first vision!
