Contributing to the happiness of the population is part of our mission! And, of course, that also means being good to our own co-workers!
At the Bridge Laboratory, we recognize the importance of each one’s role in the impact we generate on public management in Brazil. That’s why we always make sure that all our collaborators, the bridgers, are feeling good working here.
As we are an extension laboratory of the Federal University of Santa Catarina (and not a private company), it is not allowed to enroll Bridge in certain usual surveys on the well-being of employees. Therefore, it was necessary to find other ways to understand the level of satisfaction of bridgers when working here. Through them we guarantee that it is also an amazing place to work! 😉
The main method of analysis is through the Organizational Climate Survey, carried out annually! Usually called by PCO, it is through her that we understand how bridgers feel inside the Laboratory!
