Understand how we map the Information Flow Development of a systemic view of the Brazilian public health management project

Picture the situation: you are in the early days of your new job, happy with the idea of doing something you enjoy and seeing purpose in what you are developing. But once you start it, you begin to have doubts about the flow of demands and deliveries.
“Who do I need to validate my work with? Where does he go after I’m done? Who will give me the input so I can get started?” If questions like that are not answered, it is very possible that it discourages you, because you do not understand the job and responsibilities. It would be much easier if these answers were already in hand as soon as you entered work.
Having a clear idea of what needs to be done for the development of a project is always laborious, but necessary. Not knowing which parties are involved in each stage of the project can make the work difficult and the execution time longer than anticipated.
Mapping the project information flow can be a good way to prevent these problems!
Here at the Bridge Laboratory, the idea of developing the Map or Information Flow Mapping (MFI or IFD) arose from the need for a more detailed understanding of our pioneering project, the e-SUS APS. With the MFI, we now have a systemic view of the process and facilitate the identification of improvements.
