When we talk about health, we immediately think about the absence of disease. But health, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), is the state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. That is why the World Health Day, celebrated on April 7, was created in 1950 by the WHO to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life through awareness-raising work, bringing more information to everyone about what health really is.

For helping the state of well-being, medicine and technology are constantly developing tools and solutions that facilitate the population’s access to health. In this context, the so-called health informatics is becoming increasingly stronger and more important.
